This series is a taster for those looking to explore a yoga practice.
InnerJasmine’s mission to provide the most authentic life-stage yogic experiences rooted in mindfulness, movement, nourishment and rest. This class will guide you through basic poses, breath-work, and relaxation techniques to support your well-being.
