Join Dancing Cranes instructor Tom Wilkens to learn the practice of Qigong. We will meet at the South Picnic Shelter at Katherine Legge Park, 5901 S. County Line Road in Hinsdale.
Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
Come join us and learn the basics of Qigong as we take the Library on the road to Katherine Legge Park! We will be meeting at the picnic shelter just to the south of the Lodge.
