Homework Helpers

Getting homework help from a high school student is fun! Students K-8 can drop in during our Homework Helpers and Reading Ambassadors sessions to receive help from a local high school student.

Find answers to your homework needs at Hinsdale Public Library! HPL's High School Homework Helpers and Reading Ambassadors can help with homework and read with younger students.

Homework Helpers and Reading Ambassadors are fun, free and available on a drop-in basis every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon starting on September 19.

All students in grades K-8 are invited to the Youth Services Department on the lower level to work one-on-one with a high school volunteer! 

Fall dates are:

September 19, 21, 26 and 28

October 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, and 26.
