Interested in experimenting with poetry? Then join us for an exciting program focused on creating your own work through unique processes.
The most seasoned writers interview their characters to help develop their stories. This type of exercise allows the writer to explore their subject and then finely sift through the results. Afterall, a big part of writing is editing—distilling thought down to the essentials. In this workshop, we will learn to interview a photograph and experiment with the Cut-up method, a process pioneered by some of our greatest authors from the 20th century. There will be time at the end of the workshop to share with the group some of the things you have written.
