The Michele Thomas Quartet will come to Hinsdale for the Library’s annual after-hours jazz concert, brought to you by Chicago's Home for Jazz WDCB and the Friends of the Hinsdale Public Library.
Jazz singer-songwriter, educator, and entrepreneur Michele Thomas is a modern torchbearer of jazz’s evolving soul. With the silken grace of her gospel roots and the emotional depth of R&B and folk, she blurs boundaries between genres, crafting music that is both intimate and expansive. The daughter of a preacher, Thomas carries a warmth that feels both spiritual and subversive—her voice stirring the heart as much as it challenges the mind.
Drinks and appetizers will be served thanks to the Friends of the Library.
