Learn how to enhance your mindset and outlook related to aging from Jackie Sander, CEO and Executive Director at The Birches. A catered lunch will immediately follow the presentation. Open to all 65+.

How we choose to live today impacts how we live tomorrow. Jackie Sanders, CEO and Executive Director at The Birches in Clarendon Hills will discuss the power of lifestyle choices and will uncover how to be in the driver seat of your aging journey, and embrace aging with an open-minded attitude.

Our Lunch and Learn Series is for Adults 65+ and will occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
