Do you have stiff joints and muscles? Come experience the benefits of foam rolling and stretching in this intro floor work class taught by Shannon Hershman. Yoga mats and foam rollers provided.
Shannon will also be demonstrating fascia stretch therapy.
Please wear comfortable athletic wear and expect to spend the class on yoga mats on the floor. We will remove shoes for the class and socks will be optional. Please bring a water bottle.
